These are some of the most common questions our customers ask us, but if you need more information, feel free to contact us.

Will the bus work at my venue?

Daisy can squeeze into some pretty tight spots both indoors and out. For indoor events we’ll need 10’x20’ of floor space as well as permission from the venue.

What about inclement weather?

One of the many nice things about Daisy is she’s able to operate in all weather conditions. Your guests will stay dry and smiling while getting their pictures taken.

How far in advance do I need to book?

This really depends on how busy we are. Weekends tend to be busiest with weekdays being our slower time. Contact us for availability and we’ll get you set up.

We are a non-profit, can you work with us?

MV PhotoBus always supports local community non-profits and charities. Please contact us about these rates.

Is there an attendant on-site?

A minimum of one attendant will be on-site for all PhotoBus events.

Are there any additional costs?

Besides our optional add-ons everything is included at no additional cost.

How do the pictures work?

You will receive unlimited photos and printing for the duration of your event at no additional cost. Within 24 hours you will receive a thumb drive containing a digital copy of all photos taken at your event.

When do you set-up?

We will arrive one hour prior to your event to setup. For indoor events an advance site visit may be required.

Can I customize the photo strips?

Yes, absolutely! Just provide a design and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final and non-refundable. In the extreme event that we cannot make it to your event you will receive a full refund.

Can we get rowdy with Daisy?

As rare as it is people do sometimes get a little rowdy inside or outside the bus. The customer will be liable for 100% of any damage caused to the PhotoBus during the event.

How do I pay?

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid in full 60 days prior to the event. We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, and PayPal as well as personal checks. We do offer a 5% cash discount. All sales are non-refundable.

Inappropriate use of the bus?

Although we want everyone to have an enjoyable experience, MV PhotoBus reserves the right to ask a guest to discontinue use of the bus for the remainder of the event if they’ve been acting inappropriately.

Can we use our own props?

Absolutely! We do ask that you keep it within reason though, i.e…no ninja stars, bikes, etc… If you think it’s inappropriate it probably is.

How many people can fit in the bus?

We’re constantly surprised but anywhere from one to eight adults is the usual number.

Can I rent the bus for a photo or video shoot?

Yes, you certainly can! Please enquire directly for pricing and availability.

What do you require from your venue?

All that’s required for the majority of events is a reliable source of standard electrical power.
